Job Responsibilities: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist:
- Conduct Evaluations: Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients.
- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Create and implement tailored therapy plans based on each child’s unique needs, targeting speech, language, cognitive-communication, and feeding/swallowing issues.
- Provide Direct Therapy: Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy through individual or group sessions, using play-based and child-centered approaches.
- Monitor Progress: Track and document patient progress through ongoing assessment, adjusting therapy goals and strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with pediatricians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Support Family Education: Educate and coach parents and caregivers on strategies and exercises to reinforce therapy goals at home.
- Document Clinical Notes: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans, session notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.

Our services extend beyond our clinic to include support in preschools and school districts, ensuring accessibility and convenience for our young patients. Located on Summerhill Rd, our facilities feature private offices for evaluations and client-centered care, alongside specialized amenities such as a sensory room and a fully equipped gym with therapeutic tools and playsets.
