Texarkana Therapy Center is growing and we are adding our second location Cass County Kids Therapy, and we are looking for a dependable, organized, and people-focused Office Manager to help support the daily operations of our pediatric therapy clinic in Atlanta, TX.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families, coordinating schedules, solving problems, and helping a clinic run smoothly. The Office Manager will serve as a key point of contact for families, therapists, and our Texarkana administrative team.

Position Responsibilities

The Office Manager will help oversee and support day-to-day clinic operations at the Atlanta location, including:
  • Greeting families and assisting with front desk/reception duties
  • Answering phones and communicating with parents/caregivers
  • Scheduling therapy appointments and evaluation appointments
  • Managing therapist schedules, cancellations, reschedules, and flex appointments
  • Communicating schedule changes when a child or provider is out
  • Helping fill open appointment times when possible
  • Coordinating with PRN therapists for coverage needs
  • Assisting families with basic questions about appointments and clinic routines
  • Supporting occasional clinic events, physician outreach, and marketing efforts
  • Communicating with the Texarkana team regarding referrals, evaluations, and administrative needs
  • Support growth of our Atlanta Location
  • Communicating with the referral coordinator when intake steps are needed
  • Supporting a positive, organized, and welcoming clinic environment

Some administrative responsibilities such as billing, authorizations, and intake/referrals will continue to be handled by the Texarkana location; however, this position will help coordinate communication between families, therapists, and the appropriate administrative team members.

Prior medical office, therapy clinic, scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
