Texarkana Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic team during afterschool hours.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to pediatric clients in a fun, engaging, and functional environment.
- Collaborate closely with supervising OTs to implement customized treatment plans.
- Document sessions in compliance with professional standards and clinic policies.
- Communicate progress and goals with families and caregivers.
- Help children meet developmental milestones and achieve greater independence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed COTA in the state of Texas (required).
- Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome with strong pediatric clinicals).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- A heart for children and a passion for therapy that makes a difference.
